FIFA President Gianni Infantino is under fire after he took a selfie at Pele’s funeral. Pictures published by the agencies show that Infantino was photographed next to the open coffin with the body of the legendary football player.

The image of Gianni Infantino taking a selfie with two Brazilian soccer players – Pele’s colleagues – near an open coffin sparked controversy. Many netizens were outraged. “classless”, “insult”, “disgusting” – such comments appeared most often among Twitter users. Someone even called for Infantino’s arrest.
