New skyscraper in Warsaw.  Hundreds of apartments will be built

Resi Capital, a Cavatina Group company, purchased the plot of land where Liberty Tower was to be built. Liberty Residence will be a high-rise project with about 500 apartments in the Wola district of Warsaw. Apartments developed by Dantex will be built next to it.

The purchase of the land was a joint transaction – and thanks to good cooperation, two parties concluded an agreement with the seller: Reci Capital SA and Dantex.

The second buyer intends to build about 200 apartments in the eastern part of the plot of land. This deal proves that an unconventional approach and cooperation between development companies often becomes the key to its conclusion and the development of the area that will complement the modern development applied between ul. Towaroa and Jelazna.

The concept assumes the construction of a 3-storey underground parking lot with more than 200 parking spaces. The ground floors of Liberty Residence will include commercial buildings with a total area of ​​1,000 square metres. GLA and spacious lobby. The developer plans to offer one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments with areas ranging from 25 to 180 square meters.

The land purchase in Wola is another step on the path to rapid growth for Resi Capital. The company announced that it intends to start building another 1,500 apartments in 2024 and wants to sell the same number of apartments.

The company’s project portfolio already includes the following investments: Global Apartments and Katowicka Residence in Katowice, Quorum Apartments in Wroclaw, Tuwima Apartments in Łódź, and Ocean Apartments in Kraków. Other projects are also being prepared to be launched successively in 2024 and 2025.

The company is also the sales operator of Cavatina Holding’s residential projects: WiMa Apartments in Łódź and Belg Apartamenty in Katowice.
