AMD is preparing to release improved Radeon RX 6000 cards, which will counteract the new GeForce RTX 3000 models, and photos of the manufacturer’s reference designs have appeared on the Web.
AMD Prepares New Radeon RX 6000 Graphics Cards
The new Radeon RX 6000 cards are essentially an update to the current offering and in response to the premiere of the new GeForce RTX 3000 models. And for ease of understanding, the new versions will be described as Radeon RX 6X50 (Note 50) – it is assumed that there are three new models in the plans: Radeon RX 6950 XT, Radeon RX 6850 XT and Radeon RX 6750 XT.
The new models will be equipped with faster memory chips, which will translate to greater bandwidth and higher efficiency. However, it is not known whether the manufacturer will introduce additional modifications (for example, a higher power limit).

With the premiere of the Radeon RX 6X50 series, the manufacturer will introduce new reference designs – the cards have been kept in dark colors and look much better than regular models.
The Radeon RX 6950 XT uses similar cooling, but in the case of the Radeon RX 6750 XT and Radeon RX 6650 XT models, the manufacturer decided to improve the cooler (this is to provide better performance).
Reference versions are not likely to be widely available. It can be suspected that there are non-reference versions in stores from partner manufacturers with improved ownership and cooling (as in the case of previous Radeon RX 6000 models).
What is the premiere of the Radeon RX 6X50 graphics cards?
According to VideoCardz, the premiere of the AMD Radeon RX 6X50 cards has been postponed from April 20 to May 10, 2022. The budget model Radeon RX 6400 (so far only available in the OEM market) could debut on the specified date.
