‘Mutiny’: Jason Statham joins director of ‘Interrupted Journey’

Jason Statham is on the trail of conspiracy

Statham will play Cole Reed, who has been framed for the murder of his boss, a billionaire industrialist. In an attempt to catch the real killer, the hero finds himself on the trail of an international conspiracy.

The screenplay was written by Lindsay Michel and J.B. Davis (“Interrupted Journey”). The film will be distributed in the United States by Lionsgate.

Statham recently finished filming “Levon’s Trade” from a script by Sylvester Stallone. The title character is a legend in the dark world of special operations. For the good of his daughter, the man left his previous profession and started working in construction. However, when his boss’s child mysteriously disappears, Levon decides to use the skills he acquired in the good old days.

Among Statham’s most famous films are “Snatch,” “The Agent,” and “The Beekeeper,” in addition to the “Transporter,” “Adrenaline,” “Fast and Furious,” “The Meg,” and “The Expendables” series.
