The rights to “Studio 666” have already been purchased by Open Road Films. Dave Grohl and the Foo Fighters filmed it right after they recorded their latest album in a supposedly haunted mansion. This photo tells a story… Musicians recording an album in a dark mansion in Encino, Los Angeles. However, it will not be a documentary, but rather a comedy. Viewers will find out if the musicians will continue the creative process despite the terrifying supernatural powers.
Studio 666. Siege
Starring, of course, we’ll see Foo Fighters: Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Nate Mendel, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett and Rami Jaffee. In addition to these, professional actors will also appear: Whitney Cummings, Leslie Grossman, Will Forte, Gina Ortega and Jeff Garlin. The film will be directed entirely by BJ McDonnell, who is so far responsible for such films as “Ax III”.
Dave Grohl has already starred in a popular movie
Grohl already has experience in cinematography. He played the former drummer for Nirvana. In Tenacious D: The Die of Destiny, where he played the devil himself. “After decades of filming ridiculous music videos and tons of music documents, it’s time to take it to the next level — the complete horror comedy,” the Deadline musician said.
Foo Fighters i “Midnight Medicine”
Like most of our projects, Studio 666 started as a humble idea that turned into something much bigger than we ever imagined. He confirmed that the photos were taken in the same house where we recorded our latest album, Midnight Medicine.
