Sport1.de: a very important reference. Bayern dealt with Barcelona
Munich beat frighteningly harmless Barcelona 3-0. The service reported that without its star player Lionel Messi, who moved to Paris Saint-Germain, the Catalans were very far from avenging a shameful 2:8 defeat last year.
The beginning at Camp Nou was difficult at first. Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman chose a more defensive approach, respecting Bayern. Nagelsmann wasn’t happy, he just kept shouting at the individual players along the line and shouting orders. It helped – his team has slowly become more energetic and determined – Sport1.de notes.
