Professor Ph.D. Medicine Jerzy Wardlicek is a prominent and recognized scientist who holds the academic title of Professor of Medical Sciences. Professor Ph.D. Dr. Jerzy Wardleczek has been working at the Faculty of Medicine of the Jagiellonian University – Collegium Medicum for several decades.

In 1993, he took over the directorship of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at the First Department of General Surgery at the Jagiellonian University Faculty of Medicine.
