Moreover, such a person is not entitled to an old-age or invalidity pension and is not entitled to any other right to benefit from public funds: permanent or periodic allowance – except for one-time assistance. Persons receiving retirement benefits of the equivalent of ZUS in another country are also excluded from the 500-plus seniors eligible pool.
