Boondock Saints 2 Coming Soon?

One of my all time favorite films would have to be Boondock Saints which never got the full push that it really deserved. You may remember the short documentary about the film titled "Overnight". Well it turns out that alot of that documentary was not true. Norman Reedus who starred in Boondock Saints claimed that the documentary "is just such crap." During the same interview with the Suicide Girls he revealed that a sequel for Boondock Saints is on the way.

"Iâ€™m not really at liberty to say what the status of Boondock Saints is but I can say itâ€™s good for the sequel. There was a whole lot of stuff that needed to get cleared up and he got it cleared up, which is great.... Weâ€™re going to introduce a third saint who is helping us. I think [David Della] Rocco is coming back in a dream flashback. The script is really great. I know Troy has done a lot of changes on it but the last script I read was amazing."

During the interview it was also revealed that Sean Patrick Flanery will return. So with everyone coming back in full force it sounds like this one is going to be just as kicking as the first. Hopefully this go around they go with a decent studio that will back them up instead of shoving them into such a comprimising sitituation.
