Christa Campbell Joins Day of the Dead Remake

According to those evil horror hounds at Hm.ca the "Day of the Dead" Remake has yet another casting update and this is a good one. Christa Campbell will be appearing in Millenium Films "Day of the Dead" Remake. She will be joined by Ving Rhames, Mena Suvari, Michael Welch, Annalynne McCord, Stark Sands and Nick Cannon. Campbell will be playing the role of Ms. Letiner.

 

I am pretty excited for this remake of "Day of The Dead" since it is being done with a proper budget and some thought seems to be going into it. I loved the "Dawn of the Dead" Remake and am keeping my fingers crossed on this one! Read the whole report right here.

 

The movie is a remake of George Romero's classic 3rd part of his zombie movies, "Day of the Dead". Steve Miner ("Friday the 13th Part 2", "Lake Placid", "Halloween H20") will direct.  The script is written by Jeffrey Reddick ("Final Destination").
