Heath Ledger Passes on Replacing Russell Crowe in Epic

After we told you earlier ( Russell Crowe Kicked off Epic? ) about a rumor that Russell Crowe had been kicked off Baz Luhrmann's new Epic film, it seems that Heath has said no thanks. According to IMDB news Heath Ledger has no interest in replacing Crowe and has passed on the "opportunity"
 
The rumor started at the New York Post. The movie was supposed to star Nicole Kidman and Russell Crowe but according to the New York Post Heath is now in line. This new film is a war drama set in the 1940's about the bombing of the Darwin.
 
The word is that Russell Crowe wanted script approval and so they replaced him. Nobody has confirmed this that we know of so take it with a grain of salt.
