Fangoria International to Release Czech Zombie FlickPosted by:Just read this morning that Fangoria International video line is going to be releasing a Czech zombie movie in North America. The movie is called 'Chocking Hazard' and follows a group of lecture goers who get attacked by zombie woodsmen. Sounds like somewhat of a weird story, but the zombie effects look good and you can't always judge a book by its cover! Here is a short synopsis of the film: A philosopher as a zombie, a kids' tv show star with a shotgun, a nihilistic hero, a brain in a plastic bucket and undead woodsmen. The Halali motel is an ideal place. In the wilderness, deep in the woods; no living creature, beside the motel staff, does ever stray this way, all the year round. This is the right scenery for professor Reinis's weekend course for those looking for the meaning of life, i.e. Hanusova, Krenovcova, Lefnerova, followed by Nedobyl and, as a matter of fact, for Verner as well. Not exactly for Mechura, though, but that's a different story. What really matters is that the trainees will learn something about living. And something about surviving, as well. Because, from the deep forest, smelling of needles, decay and blood, the zombie woodsmen emerge. With their bloody eyes, they hunt the weak. And our heroes must face them all alone, with no chances of help from outside, as they are caught in the most abandoned and remote place in the Krivoklat region. Like I said before, it sounds like a weird story but hey, if the guys at Fangoria are releasing it, it can't be all bad, right? They will be announcing the release date of the movie later this week so stay tuned.
