MI3 Clip: Tech Lab, is that Shaun?

Paramount has sent over a new clip for MI3, this one im calling "Tech Lab". Correct me if im wrong but is that Shaun from Shaun of the Dead playing the techie? I had no idea. Those of you who are shaun of the dead fans will know what I am talking about.  MI3 is now in theatres! In "M-I:3," Tom Cruise is set to reprise his role as secret agent Ethan Hunt, with Ving Rhames, Keri Russell, Michelle Monaghan, Jonathan Rhys-Meyers and Philip Seymour Hoffman rounding out the cast.
