Harold Ramis back to Year 1

Harold Ramis, often remembered as Egon from the "Ghostbuster" films as well as director of "Groundhog Day", "The Ice Harvest", and "Caddyshack", is currently penning a script that he calls "Year 1". The film will be a comedy that essentially takes a hilarious view of what life might have been like at the very dawn of mankind. However, as Ramis explains, it is a little more indepth than just that.
"It's driven by fundamentalism and my concerns about fundamentalism. It's a look at the early history of civilization using Genesis, the first book of the Bible, as kind of an emotional psycho-social template. ... It's a comedy, and when you see it, it's gonna feel like a broad 'Ten Commandments' parody more than anything. A sandal epic comedy."
Apparently Ramis is also penning the script with Owen Wilson (Wedding Crashers) in mind to star. In the current draft Wilson will play a dim-witted caveman.
