Thriller a Cruel Picture Stolen Rights?
Posted by:I recently received a very interesting email that had me sit up in my chair and wonder what is going on. Thriller a new horror movie that we just added is apparently being ILEGALLY distributed in the United States. Or so says Otto van der Leyfen. Here is the email that was sent to me. I only present the facts, and let you guys decide what is what.
Americans steal European Cult Directors Film- THRILLER A CRUEL PICTURE-Don May at Synapse Films Inc, Mi is distributing thorugh Ryko Distribution NYC the Cult Picture from 1972 without agreement. Check the web about the worldwide release!!!!! Synapse has payed zero to the owner, Cult Director Boarne VibeniusSynapse films has not answered letters in 2,5 years, Ryko Distribution has not answered mail since may 2004.Bastards,steal and go!!You want the truth, contact:CHANNEL 1Asogatan 194, 3rd fl.SE- 116 32 StockholmSwedenOtto van der Leyfenfriend of ,secrewed 61 year old Cultdirecor Boarne Vibenius, now in prep for- THRILLER II-But be sure, no Americans will be allowed to be involved in this production
In fairness we emailed Synapse films and will give them equal space to present their side of the story. This is a big story, because if it is true, then companies like Amazon and others that are selling it in the USA are getting it from an ilegal source.
