Spirit Horse Productions Goes HorrorPosted by: MichaelAfter so much success in the horror genre, with new creature feature releases like SLITHER and taut psychological horrors as SAW and HOSTEL, Spirit Horse Productions throws their hat in the ring with their new company division FANG FILMS. Each film budgeted between 1 to 3 million dollars, FANG FILMS has 2 projects ready to lens this summer. Writer/Director Ric Johnson's "Ghost in the Camera" in association with his Ghost Films Company will begin filming in Florida this summer while helmer Shari Hamrick takes on "The Butchering Ghost" written by Abieth Winter currently in Pre-Production in association with Spirit Horse Productions and Alianza Films International. The company has been ramping up for almost 2 years searching for just the right scripts to scoop up. Paige Neumann, Director of Development states "We've read hundreds upon hundreds of scripts and have identified a core of writers that fit the storylines we have been looking for and they have delivered strong horror genre scripts." Producer/Director Shari Hamrick says "We are very excited about these projects and the fans have spoken, they want more!" "Once we choose the locations on our other 4 projects., we'll let the fans know more about those as well", states Anthony Fiore, Executive Producer on the 6 projects.
