'Zombie Zone' Home Entertainment Contest

It looks like Zap2it, the online entertainment guide, is running a contest in honor of the release of Resident Evil II: Apocalypse.  According to the site all you have to do is fill out their online form and you are entered into the contest! 

The grand prize is a brand new Sony 36" Trinitron WEGA® TV (model KV-36FS210), a Sony DVD Dream System (model DAV-FC9) and a Resident Evil: Apocalypse Prize Pack consisting of a Resident Evil Deluxe Edition DVD, a Resident Evil: Outbreak video game, a hat and a t-shirt.  There are 5 other first prizes which consist of the Resident Evil: Apocalypse Prize Pack.
