Gary Oldman Not in New Harry Potter Movie

Seems that Gary Oldman is on the outs in the new Harry Potter movie. Or at least that is what is being reported at IMDB. According to them Gary Oldman has been cut from the upcoming movie. He would have played Sirius Black the same role he has played in the past. He has not been in the last two and reportedly is not signed on to be in this one. The rumor is confirmed by his agent, quote:
 "You will be shocked to learn there are no plans for Gary to appear in the film. To say we are puzzled is an understatement at the very least! We are left with no choice but to pursue other employment for him."
I wouldnt be able to honestly say i am SHOCKED or will be driven to a crack addiction by this news but it does seem odd. What do you potter fans think? Does it matter?
