CONTEST RULES

• To enter you must E-mail Jenna at jennadewan@citylightsmedia.com and in 25 words or less explain why she should go on a date with you.
• Pics attached are a plus.
• All E-mails must be received before Monday, January 30th 2006
• Must be 18 or older to participate
• Applicants must reside in the New York Metropolitan area
• The winner of this contest will be selected by Jenna Dewan and City Lights Pictures, LLC 
• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY Open to legal residents of the state of New York only. Void outside the NY or wherever prohibited by law. Contest begins now and ends Sunday 11:59 PM Eastern time January 29th, 2006. For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Eastern Time.
• THE WINNER: The winner of this contest will be selected by Jenna Dewan and City Lights Pictures, LLC. Once the winner has been picked, Jenna Dewan and City Lights Pictures,LLC reserve the right to change the selected winner upon interview, background check, or any other criteria at their sole discretion .

• MINOR POLICY FOR ONLINE (ELECTRONIC) ENTRY: Minors under the age of 18 may not enter. We require that the winner provide proof of age upon announcement of prize.

• The winner will be notified by the email address given and asked for further contact information. If no response is given within 24 hours of email, another recipient/winner will be chosen.
