Garfield 2 The Movie Starts Shooting

Fox has informed us that Garfield 2 is finally 100% a go. We were told it was supposed to start shooting in September but turns out they cracked out the gear early and started shooting in LA a couple days ago.

They are going to be moving on to filming in London for some exterior shots soon.  America’s favorite feline – and the world’s laziest cat – returns to the big screen. The live action / CGI picture, the follow-up to the summer 2004 hit, is adapted from the syndicated cartoon strip read in 2600 newspapers by 260 million readers around the globe. 
 
The movie will star Jennifer Love Hewitt (Garfield, I Know What You Did Last Summer) Breckin Meyer (Garfield, Road Trip, Old School)  Billy Connolly (Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events, The Last Samurai)  Roger Rees Ian Abercrombie
