Our buddie The Dude had the chance to watch Uwe Boll's "BloodRayne". And the questions we all have are: Was it good? Did it suck? Did The Dude survive the movie? Yes he survived the film and he also made a very nice review for it. And it seems that this is Boll's best movie so far. But don't fall into a pool of excitement so soon, because that doesnt mean the movie rocks. Below is a little snippet from the rievew, to read the complete just click here.

...he actually manages to get some things right. There's some good blood stuff in here, that can be kind of amusing. The man needs to learn geography when shooting an action sequence, as well as hiring a better fight choreographer. But the fights aren't horrible. In fact, there's nothing horrible about this movie...

The film is set in eighteenth century Romania, reveals the origins of BloodRayne and is the cinematic prequel to Majesco's popular videogame. Rayne (Kristanna Loken) is a young Dhampir (Half-human, half-vampire), prone to fits of blind blood rage as she strives to avenge her mother's rape and murder by her father: Kagan (Sir Ben Kingsley) - King of the Vampires.
