Canadian Independent Short Film Showcase

The CAN INDIES (Canadian Independent Short Film Showcase) kicks off its exciting 2nd year in Toronto, Ontario. The Showcase is now open for submission. Filmmakers -- student and international entries included -- are encouraged to submit their short film (under thirty minutes) or promotional trailer (under five minutes) for Showcase consideration. Visit http://www.can-indie.com for official rules and submission form. Also accepted under the Promotional Trailer category are commercials, interstitials, music videos and PSAs.

The CAN INDIES is an annual showcase of short films from around the world presented to a Canadian audience of filmmakers and moviegoers alike. The Showcase is set up as a one-night gala event, with an audience of 500+. Founders Chris Carter and Adam Jack are advocates for the growth and development of the Canadian Entertainment Industry and encourage all filmmakers, amateur or established, to submit their material for consideration.
