Hostel - German Website and Trailer fake ?!

Remember when i told you yesterday about the bad translation of the what seems to be German website for Eli Roth's upcoming "Hostel"? Well, my buddie Monium from BlairWitch also was very sceptical. It looks like there was a reason for it. Knowing not all of you are used to the German language i translated the news for you. According to BW the website was registered for a Holding Company with locations in Stuttgard, Germany, and  West Lafayette, USA. But both adresses seem to be nonexisting. Also the specified phone number was not reachable.

Well now the site and the trailer are offline and online and offline and online again. But the main question still is here. Is it all a big bogus? Or was the site just made very quick to have a German site? Will it be revised? And if it is a fake site, where did they get the video footage from? The future will tell.

"Hostel" comes to cinemas January 6th, 2006 and tells the story of two adventurous American college buddies Paxton and Josh who backpack through Europe eager to make quintessentially hazy travel memories with new friend Oli, an Icelander they’ve met along the way.
