Yup, according to reports from the Hollywood Reporter, Jennifer Love Hewitt's LoveSpell Entertainment has reportedly snatched up the rights to the Texas Monthly article She Had Brains, a Body, and the Ability to Make Men Love Her.

The true story that Love will Produce and star in surrounds a 22-year-old housewife and former homecoming queen in Odessa, Texas, who became one of the city's most popular prostitutes. This story also tells how almost 70 of the towns high profile "John's" and residents were arrested and brought the town to its knees in a very large scandal.

LoveSpell, THR says, is envisioning the project as a comedy, you know the kind of funny movie that makes you think... huh there went 70 peoples lives down the drain.

Check out the Texas Monthly story written by Katy Vine, she was the person responsible for the article that has inspired this movie for Jennifer Love Hewitt. Personally I think the story sounds very interesting. I hope that instead of a laugh out loud comedy they try for more of a dark comedy.
