Saw 2 Rules the Box Office

This weekend Saw 2 ruled the box office and from what our critics are saying its well worth your nickel. There is alot of talk about how awesome it is that the movie smoked the competition at the box office and I felt its only fair to point out something. There was NO competition. If you read The Dude's Box Office report you can see what Saw 2 was up against. There was no question it was going to make some $$.

Good planning on the part of Lionsgate. Its Halloween which is when we want our horror, and there was absolutely NO competition. So yes word is its a pretty good horror movie ( see review links below ) but lets not get to excited. It's not Star Wars Episode 3.
