Happy Halloween to all you Movie Fanatics !

On behalf of our complete team i want to wish all of you a Happy Halloween. Don't forget to scare your neighbors and watch a lot of scary movies today. WHAT?! You don't know what to put in your DVD Player today? Well, i will tell you what i will watch tonight. So read on for my 5 favourite Halloween movies.

• THE THING:  John Carpenter ("Halloween", "Escape from New York") teams Kurt Russell's outstanding performance with incredible visuals to build this chilling version of the classic "The Thing". In the winter of 1982, a twelve-man research team at a remote Antarctic research station discovers an alien buried in the snow for over 100,000 years. Soon unfrozen, the form-changing alien wreaks havoc, creates terror and becomes one of them...
• THE EVIL DEAD: The nominal plot involves five vacationing college kids — Ash, his girlfriend Linda, and their classmates Cheryl, Scott and Shelly — making an unplanned stopover in an abandoned mountain cabin surrounded by impenetrable woods. Before settling in for the night, they come across an ancient-looking occult tome filled with dense hieroglyphics and macabre illustrations, a dagger fashioned from human bones, and a reel-to-reel tape recorder. The taped message, dictated by a professor of archaeology, describes the contents of the Sumerian "Book of the Dead," filled with incantations used to bring otherworldly demons to life, giving them license to possess the living...
•  BUBBA HO-TEP: In this movie we find Elvis (Bruce Campbell) as an elderly resident in an East Texas rest home, who switched identities with an Elvis impersonator years before his "death", then missed his chance to switch back. Elvis teams up with Jack (Ossie Davis), a fellow nursing home resident who thinks that he is actually President John F. Kennedy, and the two valiant old codgers sally forth to battle an evil Egyptian entity who has chosen their long-term care facility as his happy hunting grounds...
• HALLOWEEN: In Haddonfield, Ilinois, on Halloween night 1963, 6-year-old Michael Myers inexplicably slaughters his teenage sister. His psychiatrist Dr. Loomis (Donald Pleasence) can't penetrate Michael's psyche after years of institutionalization, but he knows that, when Myers escapes before Halloween in 1978, there is going to be hell to pay in Haddonfield...
• DAY OF THE DEAD: Chapter three of George Romero's mighty zombie trilogy has big footsteps to follow. Night of the Living Dead was a classic that revitalized a certain corner of the cinema, and Dawn of the Dead was nothing short of epic. The story is set inside a sunken military complex, where Army and medical staff, supposedly working on a solution to the zombie problem, are going crazy...
