Videoclips from The Fly and The Fly 2 DVD'sPosted by: MacReadyOur creepy friends from Horror-Movies.ca just got a bunch of clips from "The Fly" and "The Fly 2" special collectors edition DVDs. If you haven't seen this movies at all till now be sure to check them out. Especially, David Cronenberg's remake of the 1958 SciFi classic is one of the best SciFi Horror movies ever made. The clips are titled as listed below:
To watch all the video clips just click here. The 1986 version of "The Fly" tells the story of Seth Brundle (Jeff Goldblum), a brilliant but eccentric scientist who attempts to woo investigative journalist Veronica Quaife (Geena Davis) by offering her a scoop on his latest research in the field of matter transportation, which against all the expectations of the scientific establishment have proven successful. Successful up to a point. Brundle thinks he has ironed out the last problem when he successfully transports a living creature, but when he attempts to teleport himself, a fly enters one of the transmission booths, and Brundle finds he is a changed man... In 1989 Chris Walas, the effects whiz who turned Jeff Goldblum into the gooey, grotesque Brundle-Fly in David Cronenberg's "The Fly" (1986), makes his directorial debut in this equally icky sequel. After Seth Brundle (Jeff Goldblum) was debugged, his son, Martin Brundle (Eric Stoltz), born of the human fly, is adopted by his father's place of employment (Bartok Inc.) while the employees simply wait for his mutant chromosones to come out of their dormant state. And thus THE FLY is reborn!!
