Sin City Interactive Ads Get Pulled

SuperHeroHype is reporting that, according to the BBC, the Sin City Interactive Ads are being pulled down from bus stations. The BBC reports the ads are being pulled because of violent and non-family friendly content.

My I hate censorship, but I have to agree. I would NOT want my kids ( If I had any ) watching Sin City, much less watching trailers on interactive publicly displayed ads without my consent.

The studio says that it was viewed almost 500,000 times and they had 1 complaint. They also add the clip was carefully edited for children and the button to PLAY the ad was well out of reach of small children.

Sin City is easily one of my favorite movies of the year, but in this case I actually agree with the censors. Agree? Disagree? Sound off on ye boards.
