Steve Carell the next Joker?

According to Total Film Magazine, Steve Carell is primed and ready to play the Joker in the upcoming BATMAN BEGINS sequel. When asked about it by Total Film, he responded:

"I would love to play the role. If it's either Sean Penn or me in line, then I want a showdown to prove which one of us is the better actor.

"We'd just have to oil up and wrestle for it."

That is hilarious, but I don't think either one of them fits the role, especially not Sean Penn. My vote goes to Mark Hamill, aka Luke Skywalker, for the role. He has the talent, and would make a great Joker. Agree? Disagree? Post on ye boards!
