No Neve Campbell in Scream 4

Earlier we reported that Neve Campbell was lined up for Scream 4. Which honestly made me think ..hmmmm.. how does this make sense? Why Neve would want to go from her art films to Scream 4 really did not make alot of sense to me.

According to MovieHole she is done with the role. No source is credited, so we will have to wait and see, but we trust that for now she is out!

Wes Craven during the Edinburgh Film Festival told fans during a Q&A that he had recently sat down for some dinner with Neve Campbell and has also talked to the Weinsteins about it. So who knows Scream 4 may just be around the corner but no Neve.

Our buddy Mr. Horror emailed to let us know that although Neve is not involved the rest of the cast are very interested, Courtney Cox Arquette and David Arquette are both reprising their roles as Gale Weathers and Dewey Riley.My source on this is Moviehole.
