Luke Perry and Peter Fonda in Supernova

Peter Fonda will star in the Hallmark Channel’s new sci-fi thriller “Supernova" airing on September 5th at 8pm. The film is a 3 hour epic sci-fi, mystery, thriller.

The film revolves around a scientist, played by Fonda, who after discovering that the Sun is going to explode in 7 days, decides to catch a flight to an island near the equator so he can hop on his surfboard and catch the first big waves. After he leaves, everyone in the office struggles to figure out why he’s disappeared, and eventually come to realize the terrifying truth!

Luke Perry plays a fellow astrophysicist and Tia Carrere also appears in the film.
