Final Land of the Dead Unrated DVD Cover Art

Universal just released the final cover for the unrated DVD of George Romero's "Land of the Dead". And its very different to the one we showed you a few days ago. I really like the new cover and think that this would have ruled as the official poster.

The rated and unrated version will be available from October 18th. According to DVD Answers, the rated edition (runtime 93 minutes) will be available in full frame only, whereas the unrated edition (runtime 97 minutes) will be presented in 2.35:1 anamorphic widescreen.

Each will carry English Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS 5.1 Surround tracks. Following extras are available on both versions:

• Audio commentary with George Romero, producer Peter Grumwald and editor Michael Doherty
• Undead Again: The Making of Land of the Dead featurette
• A Day with the Living Dead featurette
• Deleted Scenes
• When Shaun met George featurette.

The unrated disc will also include:
