Jessica Alba Laughs off Jeanie Rumors

Our man Solstic earlier in the month did a report on a rumor that Jessica Alba would play Jeanie ( read it here ) An Ananova news report, which failedd to cite a source, claimed that Alba and Fallon will star in the film.

The site also mentions that Alba has "decided not to join" the Fantastic Four sequel. But given that this news report wasn't backed up by a reliable source, Solstic questioned the report.

It would seem Solstic is a smart man since Jessica Alba has cleared it up and made it quite clear she has no intention to take this role. It makes sense to me since I have no idea why she would go from Sin City and  Fantastic Four to something cheesy like I Dream of Jeannie movies.

Alba told the New York Daily News she is NOT involved with the movie and is in fact working on a movie called The Wake for Miramax, starring Hayden Christensen and Sigourney Weaver. Stay tuned for more, as we get it we will be sure to let you know.
