DVD News : Dominion Prequel to the Exorcist

Warner Bros. has recently announced the DVD release of the long (and eagerly) awaited Paul Schrader directed film "Dominion: Prequel to the Exorcist." Long before Father Lancaster Merrin is called upon to help save Regan MacNeil's soul, he had encountered the demon Pazuzu in East Africa -- a confrontation that restored his faith.

The single disc DVD will be available to own on October 25, 2005 and will be presented in anamorphic widescreen, along with an English Dolby Digital 5.1 track. The DVD extra's seem pretty limited with only deleted scenes, and a stills gallery being listed.
