3 New RENT Movie Photos Added!

Courtesy of the studio we have three new photos for RENT. I gotta tell you I dont like musicals but I actually found myelf sitting and tapping my foot when I was watching the preview for this one. Jonathan Larson's popular rock opera Rent, based on Puccini's opera La Boheme, has been rewritten for the big screen. Rent is one of the longest running shows on Broadway, and has won numerous awards including the 1996 Pulitzer Prize for Drama.

The film is the tale of a group of bohemians who struggle paying rent as artists in New York's East Village while overcoming poverty, illness, and AIDS. A number of the members from the original Broadway cast are apearing in the film, including Idina Menzel (Maureen), Jesse L. Martin (Tom Collins), Adam Pascal (Roger), Anthony Rapp (Mark), and Wilson Heredia (Angel). Click on ye image for the complete gallery of Rent Photos!
