Today we present you the trailer for German-born director Lexi Alexander's "Green Street Hooligans", also know as "Green Street" or "Hooligans". The director was herself a former kickboxing champion, and she brings an unvarnished verisimilitude to this high-octane take on masculinity and tribalism. The film tells the story of American student Matt Buckner (Elijah Wood) who heads to London after being unfairly expelled from Harvard. Befriended by the charming but dangerous Pete Dunham (Charlie Hunnam), Matt is introduced to the passion, excitement and comraderie of English football.

Pete and his close knit group of friends make up the Green Street Elite (GSE), a hard core group of West Ham United supporters - and one of the toughest London football firms. Matt is quickly drawn into the intrigue, brotherhood and intense loyalty of life inside the GSE. But soon his dangerous new life will put at risk everything he holds dear...
