Xombie Producer Launches New Divison

Just announced, Producer Lawreen Yakkel has opened a horror division under her newly formed SoDak Productions. Yakkel, who recently line produced "House at the End of The Drive" for Executive Producer Paul "Amityville Horror" Mason, is already in motion with producing partner Cindi Rice (Critical Hits Inc.) to bring a full length animated feature of James Farr's "Xombie" entitled "Xombie: Dead on Arrival" with two other Xombie installments following closely behind.

Also in the works is the live action horror film "The Task" which is planed to go into production before year's end. SoDak, the Sunset Blvd. based company, also handles outside projects operating as a full service production facility, most recently handling below the line operations for producer Stephen J. Cannell's horror film "The Garden".
