Tom Hanks New Biopic: Charlie Wilsons War

Variety is reporting that Tom Hanks is working on a new Universal flick called "Charlie Wilsons War", a drama about a rogue Texas Congressman. Tom Hanks is also producing this movie which is being made by his own production company.

In this movie Hanks plays a congressman who loves his ladies and his liquor and earns the nickname 'Good Time Charlie'. The movie follows his rise and fall as a US Congressman.

I dont know how this movie will do but Tom Hanks is definitely talented so lets just see where this one goes. NO director has been named yet.
