Spiderman 4, Not going to happen?

With the third spider man film coming in 2007, there it seems is little hope for a Spider man 4 movie. As much as I hate sequels I have to tell you I loved the sequel Spiderman II. one of the best movies ive seen thhis year.
 
Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst have both been quotted as saying that they do not intend to sign on for a 4th film unless it is something spectacular. Which is understandable. Most actors dont sign on for "crap"
 
Talking to the Daily Star Maguire is quotted as saying
"I don't anticipate doing a fourth movie, I think three is probably enough for me, but you never know.
 
 If they sent me a script that was better than any I've ever read and offered me a piece of Sony Corporation... never say never, you know? Sony is a big company."
Gotta love how he is making a grab for the company as well as a monster paycheck. I think its safe to say that at this point the studio would be re-considering Spiderman 4 as well.
