Hear the latest about all the ongoing McFarlane projects including the latest comic, toy, film and animation news from Todd himself in a lively 90-minute discussion.  Panel highlights include newest details on the upcoming Spawn animation  and the new Spawn animated teaser. 

McFarlane Toys (booth #4407) will give San Diego Comic Con fans a "first look" at its upcoming fall entertainment and music product lines including:

• Napoleon Dynamite (FOX) - This Fall McFarlane Toys will be launching a "sweet" line of action figures based on characters from the hit cult-flick Napoleon Dynamite. The "hilarious" (NY Post) and "wonderfully original" (People) comedy that has had dynamite theatrical staying power, incredible word of mouth and a distinct look and feel is now being represented with a brand-new line of Napoleon Dynamite figures. 

• Tim Burtons’s Corpse Bride (Warner Bros.)  Corpse Bride carries on the dark, romantic tradition of Tim Burton's classic films. Capturing the film experience, McFarlane Toys will produce a full product line inspired by the upcoming feature film, including collectible action figures, bendable figures, PVC and plush toys.  Additionally, this agreement marks the first time McFarlane Toys has expanded its categories to include fashion dolls, bobbleheads, novelties and gifts such as candles, glassware mugs, pewter pieces and ornaments. 

• Wallace & Gromit - The Curse of the Were-Rabbit (Aardman/Dreamworks)– McFarlane Toys is excited to offer a complete series of action figures and other toys based on the popular British characters Wallace and Gromit. The duo -- taken straight from the screen of the Oscar-winning clay-animated Wallace & Gromit shorts – are starring in their full-length feature film debut this fall, Wallace & Gromit - Curse of the Were-Rabbit.

• Slash –One of rock ‘n’ roll’s most famous and accomplished guitarists, Slash is captured by McFarlane Toys in his signature pose complete with tophat. Includes base, guitar and amp stack. Offered in both a clamshell and box versions; box version contains extra gear (amps, cabinets, etc.) and is exclusive to Spencer Gifts and Tower Records stores. In stores September 2005.
