Alan Cummings wont Return for X-Men 3

Wow can you say WTF is going on at X-Men HeadQuarters? Could it be that the mutants are falling apart? First directors jump ship faster then you can say "get me the hell out of here" and now Alan Cummings wont be returning to play Night Crawler according to his official site.

X-Men 2 was better then the first and the one scene that stays with me to this day is the opening scene Where Night Crawler single handedly takes down the secret service team in the White House and nearly assasinates the president. This character not returning is a big loss. I had hoped to see some play on the relationship between NightCrawler and Wolverine. Guess not.

Third installment of the X-Men films. No story has been confirmed.  Reports indicate the producers want to skip ahead and go straight into the Dark Phoenix story. New characters rumored to be in X3 include Gambit, Beast, Angel, Psylocke, Emma Frost, Dazzler, Juggernaut and possibly the Sentinels.
