The Outsiders coming to Theatres & DVD

Seems that not only are remakes popular but re-relesases is the new thing. Francis Ford Coppolas The outsiders is being released onto dvd again with 22 more minutes of footage, but on top of that its hitting theatres. The theatre release will be a limited release starting on September 9th.

It will run in New York and L.A. before it hids dvd shelves on September 20th. It has over 22 minutes of added footage and now is 114 minutes in its running time.

This movie is known for launching alot of new faces. Namely, Tom Cruise, Rob Lowe, Patrick Swayve and Matt Dillon to name a few. Should be interesting to see how this one does.
