In honor of George Romero, the filmmaker credited with creating the film industry in Pittsburgh with Night of the Living Dead, Universal Studios and The Steeltown Entertainment Project present the Pittsburgh Premiere of George A. Romero's Land of the Dead on Wednesday, June 22. The evening is a benefit for the Steeltown Filmmaking Project and a celebration of Mr. Romero's contributions to the local film industry.

George A. Romero's Land of the Dead is the acclaimed director's long-awaited return to the horror genre he invented, beginning with the seminal Night of the Living Dead and continuing with Dawn of the Dead and Day of the Dead.

Seating is general admission. The $85.00 tickets include a ticket to the premiere, a ticket for the post-party at the Deja Vu Lounge in the Strip District from 9:30 PM to 2:00 AM and a parking voucher. The $50.00 tickets are for the premiere only.
