Running Scared Movie Begins Filming

M8 Entertainment Inc., a leading Canadian film entertainment company, announced today that filming is underway on its new feature film project, Running Scared. Written and directed by up- and-coming director Wayne Kramer (who garnered an Academy Award nomination and two Golden Globe Nominations for his acclaimed debut film The Cooler), Running Scared is a gritty and pulse-pounding action film.

Paul Walker (star of The Fast and the Furious and 2 Fast 2 Furious) stars in the film as Joey, a low level gangster who has only one night to get back his gun, after a neighbor's boy steals it. Running Scared will be produced by Michael A. Pierce, Brett Ratner (director of mega-box office hits Rush Hour, Rush Hour 2, and Red Dragon), and Sammy Lee. Andrew Pfeffer, Andreas Grosch, and Andreas Schmid will serve as executive producers.
