Sid Haig talks House of the Dead 2

Our colleagues from Fangoria had the chance to talk to Sid Haig about the upcoming sequel to House of the Dead. Not only did he say that the movie will be different than the original, directed by Uwe Boll, but he also mentioned that he has the feeling, that the title even could get changed from "House of the Dead 2: Dead Aim" to just "Dead Aim".

Here's a clip from the article:

"I play a professor who makes a very botched attempt at re-animating people and basically winds up in the soup. I am a bad guy in the movie, who just goes out to find dead bodies—and if there are any lying around, he just helps himself."

The actor also said, that he also couldn't watch the first movie.

"I’ll tell you the truth—I couldn’t watch it all. But from what I can see, and I only worked three days on the sequel, it is a much better film, with lots of action, excellent makeup; it’s pretty scary. Yes, it is a lot different from the first."

Better than the first doesn't sound bad for me. But on the second thought, is that really so hard to accomplish? You can read the complete interview here.
