X-men 3 Casts Beast, Juggernaut & ShadowCat

According to Variety we have some new members of the X-Men. Seems that their are 3 confirmed new mutants. Beast, the blue furred loveable X-Man. Juggernaut the steal encased evil fiend that I loved reading about as a kid and Shadow Cat who I had no idea about.

Vinnie Jones will play Juggernaut, Kelsey Grammar, Beast and Maggie Grace Shadowcat. Pretty shocking to see Kelysey Grammar on board but you know despite the fact hes not the right shape for the part he has the acting ability to play a really well done BEAST. As for Shadow Cat I had no idea who that was so I went on google and here is what I found.

Growing up in Illionois, "Kitty" pride was recruited to the X-Men just after Jean Greys "Death". Professor X wanted to go back to the schools tradition of being a school, seeing as how all the X-Men were over 18. As Sprite, she basicly used her powers for self-defense (and to occassionaly peek in on Colossus, whom she had a crush on). She was one of Professor X's favorite students, being intelegent and optimistic all at once. However, her "sense" of fashion (if you can call it that) was the worst ever seen. She also eventualy changed her name to Ariel (and later Sprite). Ugh...

Taking the name Shadowcat, she was soon gravly injured at the hands of the Murauders durring the Mutant massacre. She began to phase out of existance, and along with Nightcrawler and Pheonix (Racheal Summers), she went to Muir island for treatment. The three joined forces with Captain Brittain and Meggan and formed Excalaber, a team of super-humans based in merry ol' England. After several exploits of no real importance (Except when Shadowcat recieved the "soul sword", the key to Belascos limbo, where Illyana was ruler once), Shadowcat became very efficient with her powers. Third installment of the X-Men films. No story has been confirmed, BUT, I think its safe to say that the third part will revolve around the Phoenix saga. Reports indicate the producers want to skip ahead and go straight into the Dark Phoenix story. New characters rumored to be in X3 include Gambit, Beast, Angel, Psylocke, Emma Frost, Dazzler, Juggernaut and possibly the Sentinels.
