Regency has purchased the rights to Justin Stanley and Shane Bitterling's spec script "Witchfinders". The flm is to be produced by Oscar award winning Kopelson Entertainment which is owned by Arnold and Anne Kopelson. "Witchfinders" is going to be an Action/Adventure flick described as "Pirates of the Carribean" with witches.

The story takes place in 17th century Europe where a group are charged with destorying a coven of witches. They are forced to leave Europe and settle in Salem, Mass.
