Ice Princess Movie Review by SongBird

"That was great!" the reporter cries. She spins, she turns, and then- I guess that you will have to see the movie to know what happens next. Casey, a younge girl loves math ,and getting A's to her was no problem. However getting a invite to Jen's parties is a big problem. Being know as what I would like to call a huge geek, it seems like nothing but Harvard is right for her. However, Casey loves to skate on a pond near her house.

When a project is needed for a scholarship to Harvard, the first thing that she wants to do is something that has to do with ice-skating.Casey is trying to find the exact airo dinamic formula-yeah that is possible. When she shows up at an ice rink to video tape the skaters, she finds that she loves it and begins to take classes.Casey shoots up the ranks and finds herself in Jen's level. Along with Nikki or the Jumping Shrimp. However, money is a probelm for her.

 It is 600$ or more for skates and they had to be polished once every six weeks. It seemed that the dream of Harvard that Casey had so much wanted had grown away from her as ice-skating grew on. Her studys drop and her Mother noticed. But she doesn't know about these practices in ice-skating or the fact that her daoughter is in a very high rank. A fight spurs as mother finds the secret that daughter has been hiding. Also the soundtrack really seems to go with the movie.

 "*IF YOU ASK YOURSELF...WHO DO YOU WANNA BE?*" These lyrics are truly what this movie means. Parents and kids alike with adore this movie and find it teaches a very important lesson that is finding out how you really want to be. Overall, I would give this movie 3 stars or a high-B. Maybe an A.
