Another rewrite for Spy Hunter

Apparently "Spy Hunter" still needs some more polishing up, so who better to do the job than Stuart Beattie. He received story credit on "Pirates of the Carribean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" and he also wrote the screenplay for "Collateral" which starred Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx. Now with John Woo directing this flick and The Rock pullin off the action on screen, I'd say this sounds like a good flick.

Based on Midway Games' popular arcade game of the 1980s, "Spy-Hunter" will see Johnson attached to star as Alec Sects, a former F-15 pilot employed by International Espionage Services as a member of the Spy-Hunter team. The story will take place around the world and is being made to appeal to both the fans of the game and general audiences. The Interceptor will play a major part in the film. Audiences can expect to see one of the most vicious film villains in a very long time.
