Potheads the Movie has just wrapped production

Michael Anton's Potheads the Movie has just wrapped production and intends to make an early 2006 release.

Michael Anton's action comedy Potheads the Movie starring Ray Park(STAR WARS) Pauley Perrette(THE RING) Sala Baker(LORD OF THE RINGS1,2,3) Sean Sweeney (MAD TV) Efren Ramirez (NAPOLEAN DYNAMITE) and many more stars,has just completed a film that is not as simple as the title appears to be. For the avid pot smoker Potheads the Movie may not be the movie your looking for if you are going just to see people smoke pot. Potheads the Movie actually has a pretty unique story line in that it follows the lives of 4 highschool stoners who find themselves in the middle of a drug war, when the clown of the group runs over the local druglord's dog. The film follows three separate story lines that all connect to the same thing, a huge bag of weed.

When Michael Anton first thought of the idea for Potheads the Movie he decided he wanted this film to be different than most comedy's so he took out all the set dialogue, banned all actors from seeing the script and shot the entire film in which he had to explain each upcoming scene to each actor the day of the shoot. Then he would have the actors improve the scene. "At first I was a little hesitant of making an entire film with no set dialogue, but after the first day I knew we had something special." states Michael Anton who unbeknownst to him, is one of the youngest working directors in Hollywood history at the tender age of 21.

So as Potheads the Movie begins post production only time will tell if Michael Anton's experiment actually worked,but if it didn't well it was worth the try.
